Shipping policy

All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a preorder item then the order will NOT ship until all items are available for shipping.

When selecting "local pickup" for your order, it must be picked up within 2 weeks of the product releasing (for pre-orders) or 2 weeks from the date the pickup notification was sent. If any product is not picked up within this timeframe, the order will be refunded, minus the 10% refund/cancelation fee.

Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.

Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Saturday and do not count holidays.
