Refund policy

 

Our store sells our products as is and all sales are final except for extreme or external factors that are out our control such as courier lost or damage. Rest assure we take great care in packaging of your product and we will ship it to the best of our abilities.

You can contact us at support@tztoysgames.com and see If conditions for your return is accepted and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns or order cancellations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include any pictures of evidence of damage when contacting us. We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
